As Executive Director, it is my pleasure to welcome you to our warm, faith-based community. At Presentation Manor, we are dedicated to providing compassionate care, comfortable living, and a vibrant environment where every resident feels valued and supported.
As a not-for-profit organization, our focus is on people — creating a safe, friendly, and engaging home where seniors can enjoy both independence and support, surrounded by a spirit of fellowship.

Who We Are
Presentation Manor is a not-for-profit, faith-based organization dedicated to providing seniors with excellent care in a safe, vibrant community. It was founded by leaders of several Roman Catholic religious communities of men and women in Ontario who were concerned about the future needs of their aging members.
These leaders envisioned a residence where their senior members could live together while also welcoming the broader public. They pooled their resources, and with the support of religious communities across Canada and Canadian Religious Stewardship (CRS), the concept of Presentation Manor was born. While it began as a response to the needs of aging religious, inclusivity was always a core principle. From the outset, Presentation Manor has embraced the idea of a Community of Communities, recognizing religious communities, families, and friendships as integral parts of a shared life.
Presentation Manor for Seniors is operated under the auspices of CRS and governed by a volunteer Board of Directors. It is regulated by the Retirement Homes Regulatory Authority (RHRA).
Our objective is to empower each resident to live as full a life as possible, with a strong emphasis on respect for individual needs and spirituality. The chapel and prayer spaces serve as focal points for reflection and solidarity. Mass is celebrated daily at 10:30 AM for those who wish to attend, and additional gatherings and activities are available to support the spiritual well-being of all residents.
The Meaning of our Name
Our name, Presentation Manor, is deeply rooted in the Gospel story of the Presentationof Jesus in the Temple. At this moment, Mary and Joseph bring the child Jesus to the Temple in Jerusalem, fulfilling the requirements of Jewish law. It is a story of faith, trust, and the offering of new life to God. When religious leaders and congregations came together to envision our residence, they chose the name “Presentation” to reflect this powerful moment. It symbolizes not only dedication and faithfulness, but also the courage to embrace new life and new beginnings.
Today, that spirit lives on in our community. Presentation Manor welcomes individuals of many Christian denominations and faith backgrounds, creating a home where residents continue to live with purpose, dignity, and faith. Each day, we witness men and women who, like those in the Gospel story, embrace life with openness, courage, and trust.
