The 51 assisted living studio suites are approximately 325 ft.².

Assisted living suites are rented on a month-to-month basis – there is no need to sign a long-term lease or pay a buy-in fee.

With each unit, the following services are included:

• Staff on duty 24 hours per day (the equivalent of one full-time staff, 24 hours a day for every 12 or 13 suites)
• A dining room, lounge and secured terrace for every 12 or 13 suites
• Supervision and management of medications by qualified staff
• Daily housekeeping and bed making
• Weekly personal laundry service
• Health status monitoring
• Bath assistance twice weekly
• Ambulation assistance to in-house programs
