Mr. Perrault is a distinguished leader in eldercare who brings a wealth of experience in management, marketing, and business operations. Prior to this position, Mr. Perrault has held the positions of Regional Director, Operations, Chartwell Retirement Residences (Formerly Allegro Residences).
He has a demonstrated commitment to the unique Catholic mission of Presentation Manor, which combines with his experience to make him an outstanding leader for Presentation Manor.
Nicole Cote-Jeffrey
Director of Care
Presentation Manor welcomes Nicole Cote-Jeffrey in her new role as Director of Care. The birth of her daughter prompted Nicole to pursue a career in Nursing. Prior to her appointment as Director of Care at Presentation Manor, Nicole was the Head Nurse since opening. Nicole has several years of nursing experience in various settings – long term care, retirement and community. Her priority has always been to provide resident focused care through compassion, understanding and empathy by knowing each resident personally. In addition to nursing Nicole has 15 years experience in management, which has allowed her to develop a strong team in the Health and Wellness Department.
Bremen Balasubramaniam
Director of Community Relations

Bremen has worked in senior care for 4 years. He completed his degree in Biology at Wilfrid Laurier University and completed his diploma at George Brown for Activation Gerontology. He has worked in a recreation role in retirement and long-term settings, including as a manager at a retirement home in east Scarborough.
His mantra focuses on meaningful programs for older adults while promoting independence at every facet of their lives. Bremen is very excited to be working at Presentation Manor to continue providing innovative programs and continuing to promote community within a community.
Liseli Nyathi
Business Manager
Liseli Nyathi has worked with seniors for over 10 years. She previously held a position as an Office Manager at Chartwell Avondale Retirement Residence (formerly operated by Allegro Residences). She has also studied Health Policy and Informatics at York University.
Decidedly influenced by experiences of years past, her passion for seniors stems from a childhood spent close to her grandmother.
Kerry-Kay Dennis
Director of Food Services
Kerry-Kay Dennis is an island girl who simply just loves life and food. She has over 17 years of experience in senior living and is passionate about providing care for the ones she serves. Kerry-Kay is a very resourceful and people-oriented person. She studied Food and Nutrition Management at Centennial College and is a Canadian Society of Nutrition Management member. She also studied Baking and Pastry arts at George Brown College and oftentimes you’ll find her whipping up something sweet in the kitchen.
Jodi McMurter Ruttan

With an undergraduate degree in Physical Education, a post-graduate certificate in Therapeutic Recreation, and 5 years of recreation experience in Long Term Care, I am an enthusiastic individual who is eager to learn and take on new challenges. I always strive to bring my creativity, reliability and positive attitude to the table. I have a passion for recreation and a dedication to enhancing the independence and well-being of every resident in my care.
