Revive-Life/Health is Presentation Manor’s Health and Wellness department's main goal. The team of Registered Practical Nurses, Personal Support Workers, and Recreation Specialists work together to provide a high quality of life, ensuring that each resident can live life to the fullest.
│Personalized Care and End of Life Care
As part of our 'Aging in Place,' Presentation Manor offers End of Life care, giving families time to grieve and honor their loved one. Our Director of Care sits with the residents and families to build a care plan specific to the needs of each resident and reviews them every six months or sooner if a care need arises.
│Dedicated Personal Workers
Presentation Manor has Registered Practical Nurses available 24 hours, in-suite medication administration, and Personalized Care Support from our dedicated Personal Support Workers.
